    In a call with Al Jazeera, Evgeny said, “[Roskomnadzor] managed to block [other businesses], cashiers of supermarkets stopped working. Imagine, I go to the store, and I can’t buy food because of Roskomnadzor,”

    Well, the above statements of Evgeny have made things quite clear. Roskomnadzor is having some serious devastating intentions in terms of their blocking routine. This blocking campaign is running for a week and it has made the people of Russia think about the future.

    According to the Stanislav Shakirov, some interesting things too came out. In his speech, he said, “[Telegram architects] had set up a rotation of servers which the app links up to. This makes it difficult for Roskomnadzor to block it, By the time Roskomnadzor requests mobile operators to block an IP address, the app had already moved onto another.”
