“The SAFACT board of directors do not believe that there are any compelling reasons that an organization such as SAFACT should still be in existence,” the letter, seen by MyBroadband, reads. It is not under the control of the directors of SAFACT that any new members will want to fund SAFACT. SAFACT has effectively become dormant as it cannot operate without any funding.” Reads MyBroadband.
However, no further detailing is present on the sudden change of course and there is no evidence for the same. In addition, two female SAFACT’s employees were the target of a senior executive of sexual harassment.
Hence, they refused to take part In the disciplinary proceedings and resigned on an immediate basis.

Moving ahead, all of the members including the Disney, MPA, Africa, and Multichoice have withdrawn their money and are providing no support.
