You might have a Fight Pass subscription, and you think that you’re all good to stream the fight live. Well, I’m sorry to inform you, that’s not the case anymore. UFC fights are exclusive to ESPN now, which means that you’ll face blackout restrictions during your live-stream. Whenever you try to watch a UFC event that’s broadcasted on TV, UFC Fight Pass will be blacked out instantly.

To bypass UFC Fight Pass Blackouts, you need to make use of a VPN in order to spoof your online location. However, this is not the only problem you’ll be facing. As you may or may not know, ESPN+ is a US-based channel. This means that it’s only accessible inside the United States. If anyone abroad tries to watch its content, they will receive this geo-error message: “ESPN+ is not available in your country due to content rights issues.”

This issue can also be solved if you invest in a credible Virtual Private Network. I’ll be talking about that next. Keep scrolling.

UFC Fight Night: Overeem Vs Oleinik

Overeem redeemed himself after losing to both Francis Ngannou and Blaydes via uppercut knockout and TKO respectively. He won his fight against Sergey Pavlovich back in November and is hellbent on winning the one ahead. Overeem is well-established as UFC Fighters. I mean how many guys can say they have wins over the likes Junior dos Santos, Frank Mir, Roy Nelson, and Brock Lesnar?

The main event wasn’t supposed to be as such. UFC scheduled a fight between Overeem and Alexander Volkov. However, Volkov pulled out of the event, and Oleinik stepped in to take his place. Oleinik headlined the last card in Russia where he submitted Mark Hunt. Before that, he beat Junior Albini by submission. That is to redeem his loss against Curtis Blaydes who TKO’d him.

Both fighters fell victims to Blaydes TKO skills. However, they’re now facing each other in an epic heavyweight bout. Once they step inside the Octagon, these records are in the past.

Russia’s own Islam Makhachev takes the co-main event spot on the card with his opponent of the night Arman Tsarukyan. Arnab will be making his UFC debut after racking up a 12-fight winning streak. That’s pretty impressive actually. I would love to see what Islam is going to do in his home country against such a worthy opponent.

Moreover, Teemu Packalén was scheduled to face Alexander Yakovlev at the event. Unfortunately, Packalén dropped out for undisclosed reasons. As a result, promotional newcomer Alex da Silva Coelho was more than happy to take his place.

Here’s the full schedule of UFC Fight Night 149 occurring on April 20th at the Yubileyny Sports Palace in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Conclusion -How to Watch UFC Fight Night 149 Live Online

Overeem has more ways to win in this fight, so I guess we can call Oleinik the underdog of the match. I was pretty bummed when I found out that Roman Kopylov is not going to make his debut anymore in this event, but hey, Alen Amedovski is a pretty good alternative. You now know how to watch UFC Fight Night 149 live anywhere. Tune on April 20th and stream Overeem vs. Oleinik wherever you are.
