How to Watch The Code Season 1 Live Online
CBS And Geo-Restrictions
Unfortunately, CBS All Access is not available to viewers residing outside the US. I tried to see what The Code is all about on their official website and this is what I got:
“Oops. This video isn’t available in your region.”CBS The Code Error
Streaming channels like CBS can determine your location based on your IP address. Even if you were an American citizen, once you leave your country, you lose all access to your services. The only way to watch the show is to trick the channel into thinking that you’re within its region. Luckily, you can do that if you make use of a Virtual Private Network.
How to Watch the Code Season 1 Live with a VPN
To watch CBS All Access outside the US, you must hold an American IP address. Fortunately for political drama fans, a VPN lets you do precisely that and much more.
All you need to do is get a VPN that has fast American servers and connect to one. That will give you a US IP address and a direct pass to CBS’s streaming content. When you obtain a US IP, you’ll be viewed as someone who’s accessing the web from the land of the free. As a result, you’ll be able to tap into the likes of CBS, HBO, Netflix, and Hulu despite living abroad. It’s quite easy.
Let me show you how this is done:
- Before you try anything, go to NordVPN’s official website and sign up for their service. I recommended this VPN because I’ve already tested it and it works perfectly.
- While still on their web page, go to the download section and select the client that’s compatible with your device. Finding it is very easy; just click on the symbol that represents your platform.
- Once the client is downloaded, hit install and wait till it finishes the process. Now, sign in.
- Go to their server list and search for a US server. You’ll find plenty as NordVPN offers more than 20 locations across the United States.
- Tap on the connect button and wait for a few moments. You’ll notice a “connected” sign.
- Finally, go back to CBS All Access and watch The Code’s premiere regardless of where you might be.

The Code Season 1 (2019)
First, I’d like to say that I’m pretty excited to see what Luke Mitchel has to offer in a political drama. After seeing him in both Sci-fi series The Tomorrow People and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, something real and inspiring would be a great turn in his career.
As for Ato Essandohwill, the drama isn’t that far from his expertise. We all loved Dr. Isidore Latham on Chicago Med, but we kind of missed him since he hasn’t been seen for a while on the show. CBS’ The Code promises a lot. It focuses on a group of the military’s brightest minds as they are assigned to a case as prosecution and defense lawyers by their commanding officer.
This happened because a commanding officer died back in Afghanistan by the hands of a US soldier. Unfortunately, the commander was Abe’s friend, a husband, and a father to a little baby. Justice has to be served, and the culprit has to be caught and prosecuted. That’s why Abraham and Dobbins take on this job. Will the be able to take on what happens inside and outside of the court? That’s a tough question only the pilot episode can answer.
The show is created by Craig Sweeny, the one who brought us the TV version of Limitless. Well, we can say that we’re going to have fantastic content come April 9th. You can watch the first episode on Tuesday after some investigation mood with NCIS.
The cast of The Code is the following:
- Luke Mitchell as Captain John “Abe” Abraham
- Dana Delany as Colonel Glenn Turnbull
- Anna Wood as Maya Dobbins
- Ato Essandoh as Maj. Trey Ferry
- Raffi Barsoumian as Warrant Officer Carlton Prickett
- Phillipa Soo as Lt. Harper Li
- Jeff Wincott as General Carrick
